Perlasca, 15/A INT. – 31044 – Montebelluna (TV), in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”), informs you that the personal data collected through this website will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and current data protection legislation.

Website Type

This website serves purely as a portfolio and does not allow user registration, commenting, or any interactive features. No first-party profiling cookies are used, and no personal data is actively processed by the Controller unless required for the technical operation of the website.


1. Purpose of the Processing

The data collected may be processed exclusively to:

  • establish and manage contractual or pre-contractual relationships with clients, suppliers, and professional partners;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, or EU obligations;
  • pursue the Controller’s legitimate interests, such as organizational, administrative, or accounting management.

The Controller adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.


4. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and in accordance with any applicable legal or fiscal retention periods.


5. Data Disclosure and Transfer

Personal data may be shared with external parties (e.g., consultants, professionals, IT service providers, banks) solely for purposes related to contractual or legal obligations, or for the Controller’s legitimate interest.

These third parties act as Data Processors (Art. 28 GDPR) or as Independent Controllers, depending on the nature of their processing activities.

No personal data are transferred outside the EU. Should such a transfer become necessary, the Controller will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place pursuant to Articles 44 and following of the GDPR.


6. Data Subject Rights

Pursuant to Articles 15–21 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

  • access their personal data;
  • request rectification or erasure of their data;
  • object to processing or request restriction of processing;
  • receive their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (data portability);
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the competent authority in their country of residence.
